This video was made by author, software developer, and data magnate (that's his words) Toby Segaran at kiwitobes.com. It shows how Wal-Mart has grown from just one store in Arkansas back in 1962 to cover all of the United States in 2007. By the end of January this year there were 971 Wal-Mart Discount Stores in the US, and 2980 stores in 14 countries outside the US. I've been trying to find similar videos about other companies but haven't found any good ones yet, will post when I find one!
